One of the friendliest, most accommodating, has the ability to make everyone at ease. Very gentle, unassuming that one wouldn't think he has an aggressive bone in his body. Try riding with him and you will see that he has a human side as well. He is Servant leadership personified, serving the community, sacrificing personal time, comfort and at times, his income to support the family is so admirable, inspiring as well. 

Thank you for everything pastor Owel, also my best friend for 20 years. You showed me a heart of a true servant of Jesus by imparting the gift of worship, prayer, and unconditional love in every seasons of our lives. You taught me strength in my faith, not let go, hold on to His promises, truly trusting our good Father even when everything seems impossible.
