You speak the Word with great boldness - pretty straightforward, wholehearted… Your role is not an easy one. You have been called, equipped, anointed, and assigned. You are God’s spokesperson, and in many ways, His avenue to the people who desperately need to know how much He loves them. No one else can do what you do or serve where you serve. You are uniquely in the right spot to bring glory to God.

We know when you have done your best, even when the results are not there. You prepare, plan, and pray for church activities. Sometimes they are successful, but other times, the results are not so great. God is thrilled with the successes of His children, and He offers comfort to those who struggle. Be filled with enthusiasm - the vision, the dream, the cause, the unquenchable passion!

You stood strong even if each day for you is not always the same. There were times of sunshine and shadows, laughter and tears, success and failure. But the one constant looms larger than anything else: Our glorious Lord, who towers above creation, loves you unconditionally.

Just know in your heart that God has you where He wants you, and because of that, God expects a harvest of love and compassion for those you serve. I hope for you every morning a fresh glimpse of our Lord’s expectation, and courage to live by faith as He surrounds you with His favor. We are here to support you.
